Think I finally found the way I'm supposed to be going. Right after I got the horse, I had to go toward Stormgate. There was a fucking giant.... thing, that jumped down so I took that as the queue to mount up and GTFO.
Later, my wife saw me die to a "regular" mob and called me a noob as she walked by. She's happy there's a game I'm not steamrolling.
