Angle: I don't think anyone would be surprised if Angle won it, not a hot fav in my opinion but a solid contender
Beniot: IMO the person who it makes most sense to win, because of the whole Heyman thing with him saying your never gonna get a title shot again. The only way he can is to win the Rumble. Plus the fact that he's number one, so he's going to go a long way, maybe get thrown out in the final 4 so not to lose any heat on his push
Eddie Gurrero: Has lost the major pops he was gettnig in the summer (man the WWE blew that one) but if he can just have a match on a Smackdown before the rumble and finish of this Chavo thing he could be the winner.
Goldberg: *shudders* If this whole contract thing is worked out it wouldn't surprise me to just see him pop up and win the thing, lord knows i dont want that though
Kane: Nah just joking Kane is never gonna win a rumble (well not this one, they always just let him clean house once or twice and then he runs away because some guys in white jackets are chasing him and then he just runs away over the top rope, plus he's got this Booker T fued thing.
Jericho: On the verge of a huge face push and if they fully Turn him before the rumble and he wins it would get him on a huge roll going into mania
There are others like RVD and Cena plus guys like Orton. But i don't think there in any siutation to become a rumble winner

Angle: Not unlikely.
Benoit: Makes the most sense, can't possibly win.

Seriously, he does make the most sense, and I'd like to see him win, but I have zero faith in the WWE to carry through on it, for two reasons: It makes sense, and it's Chris Benoit.
Eddie: Eddie would be awesome. this angle with Chavo's freakin' stupid.
Goldberg: that which you have mentioned scares the piss out of me.
Kane: Two Words: Uh uh. He's been swatted down after every push, and throw in his Rumble History.
Jericho: It'd be cool to see Jericho win, but in order for the story to evolve, there needs to be a shot at the title changing hands at Wrestlemania. Unless HHH has another movie coming up soon, I think the only real chance is on Smackdown.
