This whole thing about Vince can be broken down to this(at least partly, or mostly)...
...it's that Vince has been dealing with what happened to him as a kid the wrong way. Instead of having sought proper mental care, he basically became a manic hyper-depressive person.
But then, that's par for the course with all conservative men who see themselves as being entitled to get all the snatch they want, when the truth is that those people should only have the right to jerk themselves to death to keep them away from women, who they've no business talking to or at.
