On the video you linked, click "share" off to the right. One of the options presented will say "embed". Clicking on that will give you the embed code. You copy that (ctrl+c on Windows) and then paste the code as your post (ctrl+v). Once posted, the code will post as an embedded video, like this.


edit: can't tell if it is actually working, as I have various add-ins that block stuff, which usually includes embedded videos.
