Agreed, split titles only work when there is a strict brand split. When people can just go to whatever show whenever, there is no reason for it.

On the flip side, 1 Champion means they should be on both shows. If Roman is a part timer now, they either need to get the titles on somebody who at least appears a lot more often, or split them so at least one show can build to a World Championship to main event the PPVs.
