Good question, I watch Dynamite every week but normally on delay skipping the ads. I watch Rampage most weeks but its kind of background noise while I work for the most part.
I probably spend 10-30 mins a week on here but then I often go long periods not on here at all.
So on balance lately lets say 3 hours a week maybe?
