Can see MJF trying to cash in on Punk, they say Punk is hurt and isn't cleared and MJF insists Punk forfeit and hand him the title or he'll walk again.

Then punk comes back in 9 months and resumes feud with MJF, probably at a show conveniently held in Chicago.
