There’s definitely some stuff there that I’m sure he’d have not suggested (the red light on the Cell match, the hammer spot in the Cell, come to mind immediately). I wonder where he’d have fallen with the title win? Creatively it’s a zero sum decision, and he ended up being killed by Goldberg BUT it’s a world title win in WWE and not everyone can say that.

My reading, of the return was it was Bray breaking out of the Funhouse that he’d been trapped in by The Fiend/Mr Rogers Bray. A sort of reset but I’m hoping to see another evolution of the character.
