Meltzer is also in the 97%. Only differences are that A. I am not grifting a bunch of "smart" marks, B. I use Occam's Razor as part of the stuff I am pulling out of my ass, and C. I will admit that I am pulling stuff out of my ass, and will admit that I am wrong. Maybe I should start saying "plans change."
