31. My mind keeps going to Rick Steiner being supposed to win the World Title and that somehow being connected. I just can’t make it stick. But is there some link like Bart Gunn was “supposed” to win the Brawl For All and get a push (or thought he was) and Muta was supposed to win something but left WCW?
