It helps that Knight was put into a program with Bray Wyatt. RIP and all, but the guy absolutely sucked. He’s been riding that momentum. But that’s also why they can’t count on him being over forever even if they hit him with Mack truck after Mack truck.
I guess part of it for me is that it seems they’re pushing way too hard to make “YEAH!” the next “WHAT?!” and it doesn’t help that the crowds chant it every time Knight opens his big dumb mouth. Just seems like they’re trying too hard to push him as a middle-aged edgelord, and I find that extremely off—putting.
