Wait what... BitTorrent is going to take legal actions against websites that load their program with spyware? I have no idea, but I would assume that BitTorrent isn't exactly the most legal-friendly program in the first place anyways, so that strikes me as odd.
Anyways, yeah I upgraded to 3.3 too and it was shit. I use NovaTorrent now and it rules.
