Different battle themes is a cool idea for the remake but it was pretty rare for SNES at the time/would have taken a lot of storage space probly. There were a lot though... regular battle, mini boss, normal boss, Culex battle, Bowser castle levels, Smithy fight pt 1 and 2

This theme is nothing special... doesnt incorporate any motifs from the soundtrack of the rest of the game so doesnt feel special. Interested why you chose it as it's the penultimate boss theme and not the final

Glad you didnt pick "Beware the Forest Mushrooms" which is the most popular and overrated song from the game imo. Goodbye Geno, battle theme/boss battle, Hello Happy Kingdom theme most iconic to me, even the sinister one where the bad guys have overtaken the village. That one was playing in my head all of election night 2016. Bandits Way sounds like something from the Nutcracker suite.. and Monstro Town so funny... Yoko Shimamura a legend...

I give it a 6 btw, couldn't vote due to tpww servers
