Yeah, maybe the league should propose a bit higher of a cap so the NHLPA won't be totally turned off to it.

I know in the NFL, they have a 53-man roster, plus the 8-man practice squad. What is the roster size in the NHL? I think it's around 26 or so, but I'm not certain. Plus they have the minor leagues or whatever.
