4, he was never over, and just the "tough" for hart foundation, and wasn't ever big enough to be a big man. He was truely the weakest link in the Hart Foundation, everyone else was over, and in 100 years, he'll be a footnote in wrestling because of the Hart Foundation, and how stellar they are. I'm not going to rank him a 3 or 2 or 1 because those ranks are saved for like X-Pac or someone that really sucked. Jim was just a non-event, and not note worthy at all. I've seen him wrestle, I'm sure of it, but I can't name person he fought. And when I try and remeber who he is, all I see is Tank Abbot in pink tights anymore, at least Tank was cool.
