You trying to tell me that this whole list is based on In-Ring skills. It seems like everybody is judging on overall performances. Which one is it?
First of all, I'll be damned if that was Shawn Michaels' best match. Second of all, Mick Foley himself said that was his greatest match.

And no, the whole list is not based on in ring skill. It's based on a number of things, Hogan isn't the best overall. He may be the best flat out entertainer, but he loses a ton of points based on in ring talent, work rate and politics to me. Most people don't see politics the way you do, they are bad to most. Plus Hogan didn't bust his ass unless it was a big match that would up his stock.
