Brilliant concept by Helmsphere, which he should be rep'd on (i've rep'd him a few times).

I'm jsut curious as to who you people feel are over and/or under rated on the list.

For me:
Owen Hart, 92%:
is a real surprise. He had heaps of talent, but without winning the world title or having any memorable runs with a belt, I find it hard 2 c how he rated quite so highly.
Raven, 87%:
I havent seen alot of Raven, but 87% seems to be extremely high. Maybe I need to watch a bit more of him.
Hulk Hogan, 82%:
He is pro wrestling. I missed this vote, and altho i never really was a hogan fan, I'd still have given him a 9.5 for what he has done.
Ric Flair, 87%:
Equal with Raven, quite a bit less than Bret, Owen and Angle. I think Flair was a bit undervalued.

opinions on others?
