The thing I like about Shelton is that he's got great ring speed and his set moves are really fun to watch. Calling him a great technical wrestler is a little premature. He's had some good matches, but not enough ones past the 10-15 minute mark where you could really judge his technical abilities.
His mic work is pretty terrible, he sounds scare don the mic, but that should come aorund in time.
He's also up in the top way too soon. They obviously dont want to seriously push him, but they like having him around to wrestle Hunter. If they had done a slow build with him he'd be more over, but nobody gets slow builds. You either get no push or too much too soon.
