This is true, but such is the state of this country's legal system right now (at least this is how it appears to me) that anything that isn't set in stone by the european governing bodies applying to the EU as a whole, rather than individual member states, can be overturned by them. Yeah. The EU has kinda left me clueless. Great theory, but a biut of a mess sometimes.
Kinda like the USA.
