-Maggie would be like the young hellraising Bart. And have her talk way too much that it gets' annoying. She'd be like some sort of Britney Spears wannabe wearing scantily clad clothes that Homer bought from Wal-Mart
-Milhouse will be gay
-Lenny and Carl would finally have their gay wedding
-Grandpa would be dead
