It was in late 2002, I think between Survivor Series and Armageddon. Heyman gave him the name (onscreen anyways) when he was trying to rejuvinate him or something.

BTW you really think it's more ridiculous than a name which came from "Prince Albert" which was initially a reference to a genital piercing?
