Rock Vs. Cena would be gold yes. I would mark out majorly.

But WWE may not be inclined to move Rocky to SmackDown! again, in the probability of making the split look senseless. So we could see Cena on RAW.

Also another option, that would be very probably knowing WWE is to see Rock Vs. Orton. Although Orton Vs. Foley is talked about, it would be nowhere near the match Rock Vs. Orton would be.
