I don't see why this would scare people from speaking up to Vince if they saw a problem. It seems to me as if Pat Patterson left the company under his own power (hence the term "resignation"). It wasn't like he was fired. I think if Patterson still wanted his job, he would still have it.

I mean, I suppose there isn't much substance behind this post, but it just doesn't seem like Patterson leaving is any fault of Vince McMahon's. Triple H getting over-pushed? Sure, I'll put the brunt of that in his lap from what I think I know, but again, it seems as if Patterson left under his own power.

Besides, Vince DOES run...pretty much everything.
