I voted for:

World Heavyweight Title Match - HBK. Its proven these two have good matches, while Benoit and Edge are less so.

IC Title - Benjamin. It'd be a good match.

Orton vs. Flair - Cage Match. Less chance of interference from others as well as a good match.

Eugene vs. Bisch - Head shaving. Wouldn't be boring.

Diva Battle Royale - Nurses. Never been done.

Christy vs. Carmella - Lingerie Pillow Fight. Might deliver on the T&A scale.

Weapon of Choice Match - Chair. Will look less fake than the other weapons.
