Actually, it was Triple H vs. Undertaker for Number One Contendership to the WWE Undisputed Title in 2002. Undertaker got screwed out of the match, but Stephanie took Undisputed Champion Brock Lesnar and made him SmackDown! exclusive anyway, so instead of Bischoff choosing the Number One Contender, Steph got to choose it on SmackDown!, and Undertaker joined.

Then, Bischoff gave Triple H the "World Heavyweight Title" for winning that match.
