Jeter, A-rod, Sheffield, Matsui and you'd have to go Williams I guess as #5...
The big difference between the two, is w/ the exception of Bellhorn who has a great OBP because of all his walks, the sox don't have a "true out" at bat, someone who really shouldn't be hitting.
IE: Mathney
Now, what does change is Ortiz will be at 1B... which takes away Millars bat, and Ortiz is pretty bad at first base. Then if you do a defensive replacement late, you lose Millar and Ortiz...
