Isn't Dutch the closest language grammar-wise to English? I seem to remember that from the linguistics class I took junior year. They both stem from the same root language (proto-Germanic, if I'm not mistaken), so have very similar cadence and punctuation. That said, shouldn't it be EASIER for someone who's Dutch to do this than someone from another country?

Also, speaking of ethnicities, that's an excuse. I'm part German, but you don't see me putting out illegible posts.
