When I first start playing the game, I'm only going to create myself and a Undisputed Title. Might make it look like the WWF title, if I can afford it.
As for legends, I'm probably going to unlock them in this order:

2 - The Rock
3 - Andre the Giant
4 - Mankind
5 - Roddy Piper
6 - Jimmy Snuka
7 - Animal
8 - Hawk
9 - Brutus Beefcake
10 - Masked Kane
11 - Legend Undertaker
