My pick for the most underrated WWE Champion is..... Yokozuna. A 500lb man with the agility of Rey Mysterio and a decent amount of technical skills. Sure he held the title for almost a year, but ppl are only going to remember him for 2 things: being fat and losing the WWE title by falling off the ropes(at WM 10 vs Bret Hart for those of you who don't know).
