Al does indeed kinda suck, but he is a team player. He is also a nice guy, and head cheese is awesome. I wouldn't say he was held back, he just sucks. I mean he came up with a faction called the Job Squad. If anything, pulling shit like that, he held himself back. But to me it seemed like he never wanted to get out of the minors or get anywhere past the midcard. He probably had the tools to shine, but he never used them. In the history book of wrestling, he will only be remebered as a footnote to Mick Foley or possibly for Head Cheese, the greatest tag team that never was.
