You are a fucking idiot. There's a ton of shit around the Cards stadium. It's gonna be in a plaza with the new Yotes arena (built) and a shopping center (not built), plus a concert venue, and it's in a newer suburban area, and everything will build around it, plus we get the Super Bowl in 08.
