4. He used little to no wrestling talent and psychology in his matches. Most spotfest guys choose to be as it gets them noticed, Jeff Hardy was one because he needed to be. I respect the guy did a few entertaining spots, but he has little passion for the business, and almost everything successful he did was either rehearsed or due to Matt Hardy's workrate and natural ability.

As far as wrestling ability goes, Jeff Hardy is below current day Hardcore Holly & JBL, and as far as mic skills go he is below Lita, as far as entertainment goes, IMO, he is below current day Chuck Palumbo. The only thing saving this guy is his ability to risk hurting himself severely, and that's not exactly a good thing.
