Can somebody please help me. I have whizzed through the Badlands missions, except one for Catalina. The one where you rob the bank in Blueberry, but wind up having to chase other robbers on quad bikes. This is not a difficult thing to do, but Rockstar has made this one of those "make this so cheap and frustrating that it's nearly impossible" type-missions that GTA is known for.
1. Catalina NEVER shoots, even when I'm right behind them. She doesn't do jack shit, so all the shooting AND steering is left to me.
2. These guys, for some reason, don't die. I've unloaded drive-by bullets on them, and they only die in the final part of the chase.
3. These quad bikes, while handled to perfection by the three robbers, are pieces of shit for me. They spin wildly out of control for no reason, and you can't go maximum speed for fear of tipping it over. This makes it impossible to catch up to them.
4. The past couple times I've attempted this, I've killed two of the three. The last guy ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS gets away. No matter what. He just, for some reasons, goes three faster than he had been going for the entire race.
5. Somebody help me pass this fucking mission. It sucks, it's tedious, frustrating, and all I wanna do is unlock San Fierro.
ALSO: Why don't they use the green targeting system for drive-by shootings? It's not like because you're on the side of somebody on a moving vehicle, it takes 30 shots to kill him. They should implement the targeting system and make it perhaps wobbly, making it a little harder than it would be if you weren't moving. But, I mean, when I'm behind somebody and my skills for that particular gun are pretty high, I expect to kill the guy or at least knock out a tire or two in a round or two of bullets.
