I hope so. I really thought Rene Dupree would take the United States Championship from John Cena when he first debuted on the SmackDown! brand (I think his PPV match was at Judgment Day). I think they should have capitilized on him then.

I wouldn't mind seeing Rene & Suzuki stick it out together, but if worse comes to worse, move Dupree into singles competition (and maybe give him Jeffrey Dupree and/or Morris to follow him to the ring). You can then have Suzuki, Funaki, Akio & Asai form a heel stable on SmackDown!.
