Buff... Hmmm... What should I say...

I'll go with a 6.0.

That puts him a whole half-a-point above Lex Luger (5.5), which I think is fair. Both were basically body builders, but Buff had more charisma, in my opinion. I don't know. He really wasn't the worst, but I'll wager no one is hankering for a Best of Buff Bagwell DVD any time soon.
