Val Venis: This is really likely, and I'm quite sad by it. Apparantly WCW offered this guy a contract with more moeny attached to it, but Sean still picked WWE over them. He loves the business and he loves the WWE, and I really think they need him to work a match with Simon Dean on RAW (like at house shows), turn him heel (which I believe he wants, since I read somewhere he dreams of being a heel heavyweight champion), or have him moved to SmackDown!.
Sadly I can't see any of those things happening, and I'm the biggest Venis-stain there is on the planet. I hope this guy gets a chance to shine, either as a face or heel on SmackDown!, or doing somehting worthwhile on RAW. Val Venis in Evolution=ratings.
Scotty 2 Hotty: I can see this guy going. He's injury prone, doesn't do much, and his two partners are gone. He either needs a gimmick change, a push or to be let go so he can show us in TNA that he can really wrestle. I saw an early match from Taylor, and it was great stuff. I haven't seen that duplicated since he's been on SmackDown! exclusively.
Shannon Moore: I doubt he's gonig anywhere. He's talented, and the WWE realises it. He can take good bumps, and he's earnt a good place on the roster for just putting guys over. They could even do somehting storyline-wise with him now he's got his "backstreet punk" image.
Funaki: I'm conflicted here, on one hand he's remained loyal to the company and has had more than a few successful scenes in the WWE, but on the other hand, Funaki doesn't seem to ever become a serious competitor. They gave him a finishing move in his "Rising Sun" Tornado DDT, and he went on a winning streak on Velocity a while back. I think they should either put Funaki in a team with Akio, Kenzo Suzuki or Asai (Ultimo Dragon), or push him as a threat to a title.
Steven Richards: I don't think Vince would allow this. I read something a while back that Vince is big on Richards' talents. It's a shame we never see him use them.
Garrison Cade:Half of me says yes, half says no. Cade has got the roots backstage with Shawn Michaels, but on the other hand he's done zilch (save for a short tag team run, and a SmackDown! Your Vote appearance). I'd say they'll bring him back, and if he gets injured again, it's TNA for this talented guy.
Chuck Palumbo: Again another yes/no possibility. They seem to want to do something with him, but like Jamie Noble he hasn't really done too much (because the WWE haven't allowed it). If Chuck keeps his nose clean (which I'm sure he will), I thiknk Mr Palumbo is a WWE mainstain.
Hardcore Holly: Nah, I think he's staying. Billy Gunn was only released because he was found passed out at an airport. If Holly stays sober, he's got a job even when he's not wrestling. I can see Holly working as a road agent or a booker when he's done wrestling.
