Yeah. Probably either one for each brand (30 from each), with the winners facing off to decide who is getting the main event title shot at WrestleMania. I could even see three rings (one red, one blue and one normal) with the Battle Royals taking place in the red ring for RAW, and the blue ring for SmackDown!, with the two competitors, entering the normal ring (which is unused for the night) and either have a normal match, or continue the Rumble rules.

Then again you could have a three rings with 20 men in each and the first person to win their Rumble gets a shot in the main event, while the second winner gets a title shot in the semi-main event, while the last guy to win doesn't get a title shot, but gets another match of his choosing. Or they just go through to have one winner, while the other two are "runners-up".
