I know, but the studio is campaigning for her as a supporting actress nominee. I don't know why, as she's clearly a co-lead with Murray, but their focus is on supporting. Possibly because she may also get lead for "Girl With the Pearl Earring?"

Also, I just saw "The Last Samurai" tonight, and I want to add Ken Watanabe to my list of five Best Supporting Actor nominees. You know it's impressive if it makes me bump my man Chris Cooper.
