And have Jeff say he's been killing this company slowly all along by using his "Markee" name to get to the top and win the Title so the other TNA stars don't have a chance. Then he says there is only one dominant company in the wrestling business and we all know who that is.

They'd have to be cautious doing something like that. WCW lost a lawsuit over Hall and Nash portraying themselves as WWE talent during the prelude to the NWO.
However, if they were to take that route I would only do it if they had a big name talent to lead the charge. And by naem I'm talking Austin, Lesnar or Goldberg.
If they only have a bunch of JOB guys like A-Train and Test it will fail, becuase the casual fan will see them as WWE losers.
But if they could get a big name talent, then it looks like something serious, and they might get some people to pay attention.
