I think he is a good pithcer, I think part probably was the big stage abd that he'll get over, but there's a thing about an NL pitcher coming to the AL, unless it's one of the best (pedro, schill, RJ who was an AL pitcher)..
In the NL, you normally face 8 hitters and a pitcher and a lot of NL teams are built on speed/defense and you tend to face 5-7 real "hitters".
Where the AL, not just do you face a DH, but a DH is normally a .290+ 25HR+ type guy, so not just is it another hitter, it's a big power guy.
That was what I based my prediction off of. Plus, if it's an pitcher going to the AL East, it's even worse because there going to have teams like Boston and/or NY to deal w/ a few times a year, plus other AL teams like Angels, Baltimore.
