I still think that at an event like Survivor Series (That's coming up! YAY!), Eugene should joni the random faces an dheels running in, then he can get a steel chair and start dancing around like Eugene, while William Regal goes to pick-up Triple H, then all of a sudden, Eugene stands up straight and looks......normal. Eugene brands William Regal's spine with the steel chair and nails all the faces involved in this match. Eugene Dinsmore goes to the back as the fans will no doubt boo, knowing they've been played.
The night after, Eugene's music hits and out comes a shaved Nick Dinsmore, with a ring jacket saying "suckers" on the back or something. Nick cuts a promo about how he has been treated his entire life. He was forced into acting classes, business classes and the such, but all he wanted to do was to be a wrestler. He got that opportunity, when his uncle Eric Bischoff signed him a RAW contract. Out marches Eric Bischoff.
Bischoff stares his nephew down in the ring, then gives him a big hug. Bischoff tells us how his nephew Nick Dinsmore has been a trained werstler for years (how else would be be able to take down William Regal), how he's a great actor (which is how he deceived us), but most importantly, like his very proud uncle, Nick is a great businessman. It was his idea that these fans would be a sucker for someone acting retarded. It was Nick who knew that the 99% of retarded Americans would tune in every week, and show up to every event just because "Eugene" was there.
I bet Nick Dinsmore $200,000 that he couldn't pull it off, but I htink it's safe to say Nick won that bet. Bischoff hands over a briefcase, but out comes Regal who manages to knock both men down, and takes the briefcase. Regal then goes throught he crowd giving out money for cheap face pops.
Anyway, Bischoff gives his nephew control of RAW while he's gone for a month (which pisses of the fans because they wanted to see it run by Triple H/Batista/Edge/Gene Snitsky. Bischoff also gives Nick Dinsmore officiating powers (so he can DQ his opponent's in his matches, call fake submissions, etc.), and gives him the title "Chief of Staff".
It would be awkward at first, but after time heel Nick Dinsmore would really get over, and as the spoilt kid that thinks he can do anything he wants because he can do anything he wants would really egt him over as a heel, IMO.
