Yes I believe he has remember that Big match with a lot of SMackdown competitors in it and then it was down to Angle and Rey, Rey won and with that got a title shot against Carlito Carlito won by putting his feet on the ropes I belive. I remember him being up against Rico weeks ago when he spit apple at Torrie's face but whether that was for the title or not I don't know.
