The show is being ran independently. You pretty much have the right to say former WWF, WCW, ECW, etc.. - as long as you're not promoting the show itself as that. The show in question looks pretty good from what I've heard of it.
On top of the card is supposed to be Vader vs. Lex Luger, with the undercard having Rick Steiner vs. Marcus "Buff" Bagwell, and several other matches that are yet TBA.
