Hey,
I remember hearing that although it had screened in places,etc...
that his documentary could not be released/sold due to several obje-
ctions/copyright/trademark issues that were brought up. I'm not 100%
sure if that is the case though.

I believe that HBO was in contact with him to use his footage for so-
mething; and according to his website WWW.MAXXPAYNE.COM indeed
they did use some footage for that "controversial" special about death
in wrestling.
