Out of those 3 choices...um...I guess Nightmare would be my favorite, but I really enjoy the first movie of each series, while some of their sequels are either moderate to awful.

Evil Dead or Romero's Living Dead trilogy (Night, Dawn, Day) however, would be my favorite horror series I'd say.
