6. Good in ECW but seemed to lose a lot of his spark when he was given a horrible gimmick. Can't say I blame him, but he got lazy and just didn't really seem to care anymore. His time since ECW hurts his score more than I can describe.

Also, I voted Stevie, though Dean is the most talented on the list, I'm sure he will have his day while Stevie (much as he is in WWE) will be over looked.
