*The Undertaker vs. Heidenreich - Taker receives five minutes in the ring with Paul Heyman if he wins
*WWE Tag Team champions Rene Dupree & Kenzo Suzuki vs. Rob Van Dam & Rey Mysterio
*WWE Cruiserweight champion Spike Dudley vs. Shannon Moore vs. Nunzio vs. Billy Kidman
*Chavo Guerrero vs. Jesus
*Hardcore Holly & Charlie Haas vs. Luther Reigns & Mark Jindrak
*Miss Jackie vs. Dawn Marie
