Did he testify before to the grand jury? if so, I doubt he'll get anything, I'd bet he made a deal for amunity on previous testimony and roid use for his new testimony, but anything is possible, if the gov't thought they had a good enough case they might not offer him much because they have a case w/ or w/o him.
