Rock-HHH has the problem that its just a nostalgia match, and nobody benefits from the result.

With Cena-rock, honestly I would just keep them both face. I think Rock would eventually get boos from the crowd just because Cena is the up and coming guy and he's a full time guy. The way I see it, you just let the two of them cut promos on each other and let the fans do what they will. Maybe at the end you do a respect deal after the match so neither guy is precieved as a heel.
