As for levelling, it's not that hard. Quests are the best exp-givers in the game, so do a lot of them. Doing instances is really good for levelling, because you get good exp but hella sweet drops. I'm almost decked out in blue items now. Instances are really hard unless you have a group that knows what the hell they're doing though. Hence why you never join with all the "LFG for VC tell me!!" because they are retards and you will probably die and get frustrated with them
